We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our operations team.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Ensure that all relevant subsidiary Industrial Management System requirements are implemented across all related production units.

  • Strictly adhere to the Air Liquide Industrial Management System, Quality Management System, Food and Pharma Compliance Management System, as well as local laws and regulations.

  • Oversee and manage the operations of the production facility to meet customer requirements for both quantity and quality.

  • Direct and manage site activities, including operations, plant maintenance, and site safety.

  • Manage site activities related to operations while reporting any non-conformities concerning Food and Pharma requirements.

  • Make certain that the plant operates safely and at optimal conditions in accordance with company standards and requirements.

  • Participate in safety activities (ERP, JHA, emergency drills, incident reporting, CIMAH, etc.) and ensure that all tasks are performed safely with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Ensure that training and qualification processes are implemented with consideration for the industrial training needs of facility employees.

  • Collaborate closely with the Smart Innovative Operations (SIO) and Cluster Industrial Directions (CID) teams to implement efficiency and reliability projects, while promoting safety reporting and root cause analysis through the development of corrective and preventive measures.

  • Support the implementation of improvement plans and actions arising from internal and external audits, root cause analysis, and company requirements.

  • Ensure proper execution and documentation in MAXIMO (CMMS) for all maintenance work, particularly for E&I and DCS.

  • Assist in the implementation of plant maintenance, especially regarding E&I and DCS-related tasks.

  • Review and plan maintenance activities with maintenance engineers and IMO experts to minimize unplanned production downtime and equipment failures.

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute periodic production, performance reports and review results.

  • Develop and implement production tracking systems, analyzing production and maintenance reports to identify and resolve problems.

  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze abnormal situations, and manage non-routine operational phases.

  • Propose projects to add or modify assets in the most profitable manner, ensuring that intended results (efficiency, reliability, productivity) are achieved.

  • Liaise with, support, and coordinate with other departments and external parties (customers, suppliers, inhouse employees &, etc.) in day-to-day operations.

  • Operate control panels and systems to regulate process parameters to ensure required production levels are met while satisfying customer demand.

  • Perform daily operations of process plants, storage facilities, backup systems, and utilities.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field.

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in related industry with chemical process related operations/process.

  • Experience in Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification or 5S and Lean Manufacturing experience.
    Process hazard analysis training; LOPA and HAZOP

  • Familiar with Root cause investigation training and methodology

  • Experience in Improvement project or capital project experience

  • Working knowledge of PLC and Process Automation control systems

  • Good communication skills.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
