- Job scopes will be arranged by Superior or Head of Department of Product Leader/ Managing Director.
- You are to report to our Superior or Head of Department of Product Leader/ Managing Director/ CEO and HR Department.
- Responsible for new product development, quality testing, handling complaints of products (Skin Care, products-machineries and other new products of the company).
- To provide in-house training courses on promotional package for above items in conjunction with skin care products and other products of the company.
- Plan module to educate Retail staff on skin care and introduce modern techniques of skin care products.
- To attend to all Fairs and Events of the company in related to skin care products of the company.
- To do research and development of product imported by the company and do a report on IT for the management.
- Provide machine or product training courses to customers after sales wherever in Klang Valley or maybe outstation.
- To assist Marketing on giving product info for advertising and promo purpose.
- To assist Marketing on giving product video shooting for advertising posting purpose use.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development and Operation Teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy of Product Seminar or Product Event to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration for our beauty care products and beauty equipment/machines, which is collaboration with Beauty Team member.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team performance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and may be required by Head of Department.
- With at least 2-3year(s) Beauty industry / FMCG experience and exposure in sales related field. The equivalent of this in working experience is priority acceptable.
- High level of motivation with an ability to create a positive and engaging environment with team members, marketing team and sales operation team.
- Possess a car and valid Malaysian driving license, ability to travel frequently to customer sites and stores.
- Internet and social media affinity.
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve issues.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required.
- Good multitasking and organization skills.
- Good in selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
