Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to provide financial solution and sales.
Conduct follow-up calls to provide additional information or answer queries.
Promote special offers, discounts, and new products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Address customer concerns and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activities.
Update customer information in the database as required.
Prepare and submit reports on call activities and results.
Ensure all calls are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
Adhere to scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Achieve or exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or sales is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
