TELEMARKETER/SALES

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Engagement & Service Promotion:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to introduce our healthcare services and packages.
• Provide information about special promotions, medical check-up packages, or health screening programs.
• Follow up with patients on inquiries, appointments, and services rendered.
• Assist with rescheduling appointments and ensure patients are well-informed about their bookings.
• Redirect complex medical queries to appropriate clinic departments or doctors.

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate leads for various healthcare services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medical check-ups.
• Promote health programs and encourage patients to sign up for preventive care packages.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through service upselling and package conversions.
• Record patient feedback and preferences to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team to suggest improvements based on patient inquiries and sales trends.

Administrative & Team Collaboration:

• Maintain accurate patient records, including call notes, appointments, and sales activities in the system.
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to appointments, service sign-ups, and outbound calls.
• Participate in team meetings to review targets, share feedback, and develop new strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align efforts with clinic campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (healthcare experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a focus on patient care and service upselling.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and build rapport with patients over the phone.
• Comfortable with meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare services or medical packages is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
