Provide timely and safe transportation to and from various locations, including business meetings, social events, and appointments.
Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully functional vehicle at all times.
Plan and adjust routes to avoid traffic and ensure the quickest and most efficient travel.
Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings and ensure that all items are secure during transit.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and others.
Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle maintenance, including scheduling regular servicing and addressing any repairs.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
Be available to respond to last-minute schedule changes or emergencies as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal and sensitive information.
Perform dispatch work, including delivering and collecting documents, packages, and other items as needed.
Complete other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
Valid driver’s license with Class B2, D, and GDL endorsements.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
Hardworking, with a good attendance record and punctuality.
Familiarity with GPS devices such as Waze and Google Maps.
Willingness to travel to outstations if required.
Availability to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays, including outstations as needed. (Overtime pay will be provided.)
Physically fit and able to lift and move packages and materials when necessary.
Respectful, friendly, and honest.
