  • Involved in preparation and processing of Purchase Orders
  • Maintain procurement records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Follow up with suppliers on payment documents including Invoice & Delivery Order upon material delivered
  • Ensure Invoice process timely and submission to accounts for payment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment and delivery arrangement and active monitoring of shipment status to ensure timely delivery
  • To assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • At least SPM or equivalent discipline
  • Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience in Purchasing
  • Familiar with MYOB Accounting Software will be added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to meet deadline
  • Able to start work immediately will be a plus point
