Position : Document Controller Location: Kota Kinabalu • Assist with staff and daily-paid workers' payroll processing, including overtime calculations, advances, and leave applications. • Track and maintain employee attendance records, including clock-in and clock-out times. • Support recruitment efforts by screening candidates, ensuring qualifications, and verifying employment documents. • Assist with new staff onboarding, including preparing offer letters and organizing employee documentation. • Maintain and update employee records and manage HR filing systems. • Administer staff benefits such as leave management and medical claims. • Assist with implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance with labor laws. • Provide general office administration support, including managing office supplies and liaising with vendors. • Assist in organizing staff events or activities to promote engagement. • Undertake any additional responsibilities as requested by management to support overall company operations. * Please submit your resume to [email protected]
