Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including managing Employment Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefit, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR administration and etc. • Handle the end-to-end recruitment activity and process including job posting and conduct orientation to meet the needs of company. • Implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs. • Identify training and development needs within an organisation thriguh job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments. • Managing the HRDC claim. • Handling the employee’s disciplinary issue, grievances, prepare disciplinary letter and related process. • Regularly analyse and summarize the data of resigned employees, put forward suggestions for improvement, and provide decision-making support for the company's development. • Prepare and analyse the HR reports. • Upkeep employee personal file. Requirement • A good degree or diploma will be considered. • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in HR generalist role and able to handle full HR functional role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills, payroll software • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
