Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Puchong

RESPONSIBILITIES: Taking off quantity, calculation of project costing, computation of BQ and ordering and material sharfling Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor prepare monthly report progress claim, sub-contractor' payment certificate, VO evaluation and project final account Able to do cost estimation independently and accurately Assist for site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to sub-contractor Taking off quantity, controlling ,ordering, recording and monitor of material Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time , loss and expenses, project cost control etc Responsible for all aspect of the purchasing function including sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors Submission of material approval Assist to prepare and compile documents for tender submission REQUIREMENTS: Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment Possess own transport High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
