Business Analyst (AI)

Role description • Functional area: Business Enablement • The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for AI/ML applications,and translating requirements into actionable insights and solutions. Responsibilities • Translate business requirements from functional teams into technical specifications for AI/ML projects, ensuring that the solutions developed by the CoE meet the needs of the business. • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and data to identify potential areas for AI/ML applications. • Define clear and measurable business requirements for AI/ML projects. • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and maintain documentation including business cases, project plans, and requirements specifications. Pre-requisites • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. • Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. • Understanding of AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Hard Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
