Admin and Facilities Executive

1. Maintenance: • To monitor report and analyze potential break down. • To ensure all maintenance requests are log in to system, assigned and closed within the time agreed. • To ensure periodic P&M and calibration work is carried out. • To liaise with relevant stakeholders for periodic and adhoc maintenance work. 2. Shuttle Service: • To analyze report and propose to management. • To ensure driver comply to regulation. • To update the schedule and shuttle routes periodically. 3. Cleaning Services: • To ensure all tasks requested are done by cleaners as per schedule. • To liaise with the supervisor and agent through periodic and adhoc meetings. • To ensure campus cleanliness is maintained at all time. 4. Campus Security: • To ensure all tasks assigned to security are being carried out accordingly. • To report any incidents immediately and document the details. • To ensure safety SOP is adhered to at all times by all stakeholders. • To provide safety briefings to staff and students during orientation or any other time if needed. • To adhere to emergency SOP and execute if necessary. • To ensure all safety SOPs are updated and compliant to relevant regulatory bodies. 5. Facilities Management: • To manage the rental of facilities as per the contract. • To ensure the utilities bills are processes on time for payment. • To advise and support staff and student activities. • To safe keep maintenance report from contractors, vendor and authorities. • To ensure Lost and Found have proper record and report. 6. Cafeteria • To ensure the price and service rendered is as per the contract. • To monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the cafeteria and the operator. • To ensure the cafeteria operator adhere to all regulatory and college requirement. 7. To support and execute any other tasks assigned by the performance manager or management.
