Process Engineer FOL

Knowledge in: 1. FMEA, MSA, DOE, SPC 2. Error Proofing (OFE) Concept 3. Basic process documents (Guide line, SOP, OCAP, RMS, Process control plan, FMEA) 4. Recipe Set-up and process change, buyoff, critical Process data collection, analysis, linkage with defects, process. 5. Familiar with Front End semiconductor processes and monitoring. 6. Familiar with semiconductor equipment in Front of Line operations (Wire Bond , Die Attach & Dispensing). 7. Sustaining engineering: Mass product line excursion, root-cause analysis, process mapping, materials disposition based on reliability criteria, yield monitor, defects analysis & continues improvement. 8. Good in communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Possess a vast working knowledge in the related practices in the industry. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct process and equipment capabilities study. 2. Develop and utilize statistical method to realize product yield & productivity. 3. Liaise with customer on engineering matters. 4. Ensure that all activities to be introduce or carry out by good-self and subordinates compliance to legal requirements and company objectives with respect to environment requirements. 5. Assist and coordinate project transfer where needed. 6. Follow all environmental procedures in carrying out daily activities. 7. Highlight to superior any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environment policy. 8. To fully understand and comply to company’s code of ethics and business conduct. 9. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time.
