1. Monitor daily attendance of local workers, foreign workers & leave balance. 2. Highlight to the management regarding the employee that has attendance issues. 3. Calculate overtime & prepare timesheet. 4. Process the wages for local workers & foreign workers. 5. Key in data entry for statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDF. 6. Prepare memo, correspondence & other letters related to HR Department. 7. Liaise with driver to send the worker for medical appointment, airport pick up and to send or pick up things as per the instruction from management. 8. Print monthly payslips and distribute to the workers. 9. Other ad hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.
