Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)

Job description Responsibilities: • Experience in electrical and mechanical engineering is a must • Overseeing all relevant project activities such as coordination of M&E works, attending site meetings and being the focal point between clients, main contractors, and internal management. • Identifying technical issues and ensuring all of them are properly addressed. • Evaluating, organizing, and prioritizing workload within schedule • Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel. • To produce weekly project status reports. • Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. • Taking charge of a team of trade contractors. • Fast learner and positive working attitude. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent. • At least 3 years’ experience in electrical and mechanical • Knowledge of project management from overall project life cycle. Capable of recommending best practices to manage project in term of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource planning, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. • Experience in writing and structuring technical documents such as user manuals, developer guides, and product specifications. • Ability to create, organize, and maintain technical documentation. • Understanding of all facets of the construction process. • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. • Prefer construction site working experience in relevant field projects. • Possess with own transport and willing to travel.
