Quantity Surveyor

We're Hiring‼️ Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Location: Taman Mount Austin, JB Salary: MYR 2500 - 4900 Working Hours: - Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) - Saturday (8.30am - 1pm) - only 1st week every month Job Descriptions: Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material cost and labour cost price in the tendering process. To monitor projects costings, analyzing outcomes and preparing detailed progress reports. To participate in meetings with clients, consultants, engineers and sub-contractors. Be able to work closely and liaise with tender, design team and operation team. To assist in preparing tender documentation. To ensure that all relevant documents submitted are fully substantiated, accurate, and in accordance with the Contract. Assist in monitoring of budget and cost control. Prepare monthly report, project budget and cash flow projection. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, AUTOCAD, OUTLOOK. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. With Competency Qualified will be more preferred.
