Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service
• Assist with product demonstrations and educate customers on features
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage stock levels and perform inventory checks
• Support retail sales activities and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Operate POS systems to process transactions
• Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales transactions
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups
• Familiarity with stock management practices
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
• Ability to supervise tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
