- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support the Marketing Manager and Managing Director in sales and marketing projects.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for mutual success.
- Gather customer and competitor insights to improve our strategies.
- Ensure timely customer payments to maintain cash flow.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Section Head and senior management.
- Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, handling orders, delivery scheduling, pricing, invoicing, payments, and shipping.
- Coordinate with transporters and agents for on-time deliveries and verify their billing aligns with quotations.
- Work with customers on forecasts, pricing, payment collections, and support deliveries, invoicing, and claims as needed.
- Assist overseas and local sales teams with support tasks.
- Provide customer service through regular visits.
- Support company objectives and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Continuously seek ways to improve company quality with innovative ideas and projects.
Requirement
- Certification/ Diploma in any field
- Preferably 2-3 years' experience in a sales role
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as the candidate will be required to liaise with customers from China and Taiwan.
- Skills required: Strong mathematics skills, Proficient in computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), good communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good customer service & marketing skills, strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of quality systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
