Job Description :
Handle large volume of calls i.e. follow up with hiring leads
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Support the team with documentation and analysis of information
Support ad-hoc analysis / tasks as needed
Mini HR/Mini Recruiter
Support business operations - ensure enough manpower
Post job ads, screening, manage onboarding, dealing with recruitment agency
Call candidate, deliver info
Create whatsapp group with resources, main PIC
Prepare onboarding docs, maintaining hiring process, documentation
Call up IDs that have been created but haven't turned up for work
Support the team with OPS ID creation, especially for peak season / weekends
Requirement :
Experience working in a call center role
Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills (preferably in BM)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
