Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for input data into payroll system and maintenance of clients’ staff and payroll information.
- Provide full spectrum of payroll processing and associated activities including payroll calculation, associated activities, including payroll calculation, execution (salaries, leave and other compensation calculations) and reconciliation.
- Monitor and execute payroll activities according to payroll processing schedule.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and disbursed to client’s employee in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with the local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission statutory remittance.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Superiors.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Education & work experience
a. Possesses a Diploma, Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in accounting/financial or its equivalent.
b. Familiar on payroll software is an advantage and computer skills are essential.
d. Possesses good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
e. Good command of both spoken and written English.
f. Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
g. Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
h. Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
