As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various operational and logistical functions. This internship will provide exposure to payroll processing, recruitment activities, administrative tasks, and an opportunity to learn about the intricacies of logistics in FMX.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:-
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, verification, OT and Expenditure Claim checking
- Support recruitment efforts for non executive role by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications.
- Aid in administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various operational activities and projects.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:-
- Degree holder in HR or any field
- Strong Microsoft excel skills and willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Available for 3-6 months period starting November 2024 and prefer able to start immediately
