Requirements: - Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales management experience in the medical, health supplement, health food, cosmetic, or similar industries - Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends - Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage - Strong negotiation, consultative sales, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle details with minimal supervision Job Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies and activities to meet business goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and end customers, acting as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries - Identify and pursue potential prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals - Lead and coordinate contract negotiations to achieve successful deals - Provide guidance and support to newly-recruited Sales Representatives to ensure their successful onboarding and performance - Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to Management, offering insights and recommendations to drive sales performance and achieve targets - Analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies and adjust as needed - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
