Working Location: Jalan Gergaji 15/14, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in daily shipping operations to meet government authorities’ demand
  • To assist in preparation of relevant export documents for shipment
  • Responsible to ensure the relevant documents are complete and accurate and timely dispatch of shipment documents to inter departments, customers as well as relevant parties
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers scheduling shipments for delivery
  • The main liaison person with relevant authorities such as custom, SIRIM, MITI, MIDA, CIDB, etc
  • Any other duties and responsibility as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma in Shipping, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
