- Support on the Site Admin Purchasing activities - request quotation for comparison, raise purchase requisition and monitor on the purchase item delivery.
- Maintain the office equipment and asset records. Conduct asset audit as per assigned.
- Support on the recruitment activities - preparing candidate entry pass, contact for interview etc.
- Data entry of Site Training records
- Support to the Receptionist when necessary
- Other administration job as when assigned.
- Office 5S activities
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self motivation and ambition.
- knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
- Posses own transportation and a valid driving license.
- 5.5 weekly work days
- Willing to work at KLIA Cargo Village, Sepang, Selangor.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
