  • Support on the Site Admin Purchasing activities - request quotation for comparison, raise purchase requisition and monitor on the purchase item delivery.
  • Maintain the office equipment and asset records. Conduct asset audit as per assigned.
  • Support on the recruitment activities - preparing candidate entry pass, contact for interview etc.
  • Data entry of Site Training records
  • Support to the Receptionist when necessary
  • Other administration job as when assigned.
  • Office 5S activities

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Posses excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self motivation and ambition.
  • knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
  • Posses own transportation and a valid driving license.
  • 5.5 weekly work days
  • Willing to work at KLIA Cargo Village, Sepang, Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
