Service Advisor (Automotive)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between the customer and service technicians.
• Work with customers to catalogue customers' concerns and comments.
• Writing and providing technicians with service orders and accurate descriptions of problems and customers’ concern.
• Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Follow up with service dues and after service calls.
• Ensuring quality control, conducting audits on the team’s work and general compliance.
• Ensuring the correct health and safety standards/procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience as Service Advisor in Automotive field or similar role will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Able to work closely with the sales and technicians to achieve Company's goals.
• Able to complete duties as assigned independently.
• Able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
