Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and negotiate lease agreements to achieve occupancy targets.
- Conduct property tours, providing detailed information on available spaces and amenities.
- Evaluate lease applications, ensuring compliance with leasing policies and conducting credit checks when necessary.
- Prepare and execute leasing documents, including lease agreements, addendums, and related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of lease transactions, tenant details, and other relevant information.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor and enforce lease terms, including rent collection and lease renewals.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and organization abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for lease management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in lease documentation.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Result-driven and capable of meeting leasing targets.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to make informed decisions.
- Professional demeanor and ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleague.
- Proficient in Mandarin Speaking.
