Operations Executive

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• MUST have least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Warehousing and Logistics industry/E commerce
• Required Skill(s): Communication skill, coordinating skill, Inter-Personal Skill, Microsoft Office. Computer Literate.
• MUST have knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Working days:- 6 days a week.
• ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya or Shah Alam

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• To print out daily orders and post completed orders.
• Prepare DO & Invoice after pick & pack process completed.
• Responsible to arrange for collection by the transporter.
• To ensure that all KPI data are well updated.
• Responsible as a frontline to communicate and to maintain a good rapport with the customer.
• Co-ordinate Inbound arrival from the various supplier.
• To key-in stock receiving into WMS.
• Carry out WMS system stock replenishment.
• Manage the principle databases such as SKU and customer delivery location.
• Co-ordinate & Investigate customer's complaints/feedback.
• Co-ordinate order for office supplies and consumable material.
• Manage daily administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
