Process Engineer

- Working closely with personnel at all levels to become a subject matter expert in departmental products and processes - Installing and maintaining system Routers for all products - Supporting projects, as assigned, to help develop new products and/or processes - Engaging, leading, advise & support for troubleshoot activities in physical, by phone or by email to customer for any timing which required - Maintenance of documented standards systems for the department - Reviewing existing data, also to analysis to see if more research and Information need to be collected - Develop for new products installing, repairing and commissioning, monitoring, modifications, upgrades and troubleshooting existing processes - Support manufacturing for Continuous Improvement, quality issues on the floor, new launches, engineering changes and Lessons Learned - Development and implementation of process control techniques and procedures - Conduct Root Cause Analysis - Good working relationship and effective communication skills with customer, team members, suppliers and project teams
