Store Manager

Position Title: Store Manager

Industry: Retail (luxury)

Location: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including product ordering, inventory control, and stock counts upon each shipment.
• Use the wholesale portal to place orders directly from Sweden, ensuring timely restocking of high-demand items.
• Coordinate weekly customer shipments for online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Engage with customers in-store and online, managing our social media channels to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Generate and analyze detailed sales reports, track store performance, and set local sales targets to meet monthly goals.
• Manage imports, handle warehouse inventory logistics, and coordinate with the project coordinator to optimize store functionality.
• Schedule and oversee sales employees’ shifts, maintain a positive store environment and address any operational needs.
• Provide training and mentorship for junior sales staff, focusing on customer service best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing luxury retail brands.
• ⁠Possess good communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
