Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as office administrator or any related field.
  • Bachelor degree or diploma in administrative management or any other relevant field of studies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication skill in both speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Well-groomed & pleasant manner

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and ensure they are directed to the right person in charged.
  • Answer, screen and route phone calls to departments/individuals appropriately.
  • Responsible to provide correct information about the company to the walk-in visitors and clients or through phone calls.
  • Actively receiving emails and response to all correspondence professionally
  • Ensure office administration documentations are well maintained
  • Assist new hires in registering finger prints for office entrance access, provide necessary stationary and ensure new hires are seated at the assigned desk.
  • To liaise with the building management to update new & resigning staff in system for building entrance access
  • Other admin related work scopes as assigned by manager

Office Location:

Wisma UOA 2, Kuala Lumpur, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Near to public transportations).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
