Job Summary:

We are seeking Experienced Call Center Associates to join our dynamic team at Expat Global Company. If you have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced call center environment, we want to hear from you! You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries and delivering solutions with a focus on exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, providing effective solutions and troubleshooting. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver consistent, high-quality service and resolve complaints in line with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including answering calls, following up on pending issues, and documenting customer interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of customer experiences.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and assist in improving services based on insights gained.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. Experience handling high call volumes and resolving customer issues is highly valued.
  • (Fresher can also Apply with Good Communication skills)
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (Additional languages are a plus).
  • Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes: Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mentality. Able to stay calm and positive under pressure.
