As an Associate, Sales & Partnership, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with other organizations or individuals. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering long-term relationships that align with the company's objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies, monitor performance, and drive successful outcomes. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Your responsibilities will include :-
- -Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential partners or clients and industry trends. -Assist in outreach efforts to initiate conversations and build relationships with potential partners or clients. -Support the development of partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. -Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, calls, and events with partners. -Gather feedback from partners, address inquiries, and proactively manage any concerns. -Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, contact information, and agreements. -Support the coordination and execution of collaborative projects between Troopers and its clients. -Assist in project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. -Provide regular project updates to the business development team and relevant stakeholders.
- -Diploma or higher in Business Management, Marketing or any other related field. -1 year of relevant work experience in Business Development or similar field is an advantage. -Must be able to communicate in English. Having more than 2 languages is an advantage. -Excellent Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel and PowerPoint. -Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills.
