This role reports to the Branch Manager of Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd in monitoring the operational aspects of Komugi’s outlet specifically on forecasting, planning and managing all Food & Beverage orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist and manage the daily outlet operations, administration and ensure the implementation adhere to Company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedure.
- To assist in controlling outlet operating expenses and manage food wastage as per Company’s guideline.
- To assist in executing and promoting Company’s sales and marketing campaign and activities.
- To assist and maintain and upkeep outlet image and atmosphere in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness.
- To ensure excellent and consistent customer service from the outlet team, to manage and supervise the overall outlet including staff matters personal grooming, outlet recruitment, and staff training
- To master product knowledge of all SKU.
- To assist, plan, manage and ensure there is sufficient and accurate inventory and products to cater for customers and sales need at all times.
- To cascade down the information from the Company to the outlet team.
- To assist and attend to walk-in customer enquiries / comments / complaints, inform and feedback to Head Quarters for further action.
- Overall supervision of the outlet service team.
- To maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company

Requirements:
- At least 18 years and above.
- Possess minimum SPM & above qualification
- Candidate with F&B / Culinary Arts / Hospitality Management and/or relevant qualification with 2 years working experience is an added advantage.
- Able to work 6 full working days (shift hours)
- Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.
