Job Description:

We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Admin cum Accounts Assistant to join us.

Job Responsibilities:

- To provide general administrative and operations support.

- General administrative duties including reception, photocopying, keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies

- To handle and prepare HR & monthly payroll administration task.

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment voucher and receipt, bank reconcilation & data entry

Job Requirements:

- Preferably with office working experience;

-Ability to work independently;

-Excellent organizational and time management skills;

-Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill;

-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;

-Relevant experience will be an advantage or shortlisted first

salary: RM2,000.00- RM3,000.00 per month
