PROTEGE - OPERATION MANAGEMENT

Job Description

• Liaising with clients on their requirements.
• Coordinating the assignment of drivers, bus assistants and vehicles to support clients’ requirements.
• Managing day-to-day deployment of buses, drivers, and bus assistants
• Supporting Operations in routine tasks like scheduling, invoicing, reporting etc.
• Conducting incident and accident investigation and report writing where necessary.
• Performing any other relatable duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Possess minimally a degree in transport or operation or management or information technology or any related field.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Able to handle pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (B/B2, D/DA) (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
