Sales Coordinator (Entry Level) - Mandarin Speaker

Summary:

This is an entry-level IT sales role where you will build and manage relationships with various hardware and service providers. Your main goal will be to drive sales of datacenter hardware like servers, storage, and networking products.

Responsibilities:

• Find new customers through cold calls, social media, meetings, video conferences, and email marketing.
• Sell products to resellers, distributors, outsourcers, and manufacturers.
• Maintain good relationships with these customers.
• Generate regular sales of hardware in your assigned area.
• Provide quick and efficient customer service.
• Coordinate with the Operations department to ensure proper shipping, receiving, and invoicing of orders.
• Work in a team and cross-sell product lines.
• Coordinate with warehouse and engineering departments to ensure on-time shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Assist with various projects related to company operations.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:

• Diploma/Degree from any background
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with colleagues and other departments.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,999.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
