  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a sizable Shopping Mall Co. with their office located in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients & negotiate lease agreements to achieve occupancy targets
  • Conduct property tours, provide detailed information on available spaces and amenities
  • Evaluate lease applications, ensure compliance with leasing policies and conduct credit checks when necessary
  • Prepare and execute leasing documents, including lease agreements, addendums, and related paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records of lease transactions, tenant details, and other relevant information
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities
  • Monitor and enforce lease terms, including rent collection and lease renewals

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma / Cert in Business, Real Estate or related field
  • > 3 years of experience in Leasing / Sales / Business Development within any Retail / Mall / Property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent services
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa & Mandarin/Cantonese to support business needs.
  • Result-driven & capable of meeting sales targets
  • Permanent vacancy based in Petaling Jaya

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
