Position Overview: As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients. Your responsibilities will encompass managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries to ensure smooth operations at our center.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors as they arrive.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about services and addressing inquiries.
Appointment Management:
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Maintain an organized appointment calendar to optimize scheduling efficiency.
Communication and Support:
- Respond to patient messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication.
Problem Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Proactively seek solutions to enhance the patient experience.
Payment Handling:
- Assist with payment processing and clarify billing questions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
Administrative Duties:
- Perform general office tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline office operations.
End-of-Shift Closing Duties:
- Ensure that all patient records and transactions are accurately logged and filed.
- Prepare the front desk area for the next day, including restocking supplies and tidying the workspace.
- Conduct a final check of voicemail and messages, addressing any urgent inquiries before leaving.
- Secure cash and sensitive information according to company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
