Key responsibilities:

An Accounts Assistant will normally be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities, which include:

  • Transaction recordings
  • Preparation of daily financial reports
  • Handling and issuing cheques
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Processing invoices, expense forms & claim forms
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Working closely with non-finance team to obtain operational information

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner
  • Sensitive towards number
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with individuals across departments
  • Multi-task and able to handle ad-hoc task (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
