Job Opportunity: Restaurant Supervisor/ Restaurant Assistant Manager- Operations and HR Management
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supervisor with a focus on Operations and Human Resource Management. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, expertise in Excel and related tools, and a proven ability to oversee various aspects of daily operations. Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Conduct recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Operations:Take charge of inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Process Development:Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Hygiene and Quality Control:Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards.
- Leadership and Team Guidance:Lead and guide staff to deliver exceptional performance.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Excel and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have experience in management and restaurant industry.
