  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities of an Accountant:

1.Financial Analysis and Decision Support for each project/ new development

  • Performance analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights into profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Cost analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analysis on potential investments, new projects, or operational changes, providing financial support for decision-making.
  • Cash flow management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring that there is enough liquidity for day-to-day operations and capital expenditures.

2.Advisory and Business Support

  • Financial advice: Provide financial advice to business owners, senior management, or other stakeholders regarding the financial implications of business decisions.
  • Strategic planning: Support long-term financial planning and business strategy development by providing financial data, analysis, and insights.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Budget preparation: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets by working with various departments to estimate income and expenses for the upcoming period.
  • Financial forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts to predict future financial performance based on historical data, industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Cost management: Monitor and analyze spending to ensure that the company stays within budget and manages resources effectively.

4.Financial Reporting

  • Prepare financial statements: Prepare key financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement (profit and loss), and cash flow statement to provide a snapshot of the company’s financial health.
  • Month-end and year-end closing: Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Variance analysis: Perform analysis of actual financial performance against budget or forecast, providing insights into variances and reasons for discrepancies.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
