• Prepare documents and uniforms required for new staff. • Explain the company policy and offer of employment in detail during induction and collect employee details to be entered into HR system including Emplx System. • Manage employee personal file • Manage the PPE room, ensure things are in order and sufficient items. • Monitor attendance • Monitor the validity of typhoid vaccine between employees. Arrange for injection when required, before validity is due. • Prepare probation listing, prepare appraisal form for Dept. Head and prepare data capture for confirmation of appointment/extension of probation. File each simple appraisal form completed by both Dept. Head and the respective employee. • Update daily absenteeism listing and change shift forms for every department. • Follow up with respective departments on outstanding attendance/change of shift matters. • Update Training Record • Monitor Canteen Operation. • Assist HR Manager in every HR-related task.
