Process Engineer

Responsibilities & Task: - Coordinate with R&D New Products Developments groups or Customers to develop strategies for new products. - To manage a team of Technicians to drive continuous improvement on existing and new product yield, cycle time, cost, quality, and reliability. - Accountable for developing strategies and executing Production processes effectively. - Provide technical solutions through root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions. - To drive continuous process improvement to improve process yield, quality, cycle time, and cost. - To coordinate FMEA, and Control plans for the new products. - To support customer assessment or audit. - To closely work with others departments towards improving product quality and productivity. RMA and 8D analysis on process-related issues. - Supporting manufacturing by resolving process issues on daily basic process engineering. - Assist in the data collection, identifying opportunities and tracking improvements. - Liaison with Jabatan Farmasi through online My.Fharma-C portal for POISON permit application and maintenance. - Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time. Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Engineering field with at least 1-3 year(s) of working experience. - Able to communicate and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Applicants must be willing to work in Penang, Nibong Tebal. - Basic Computer knowledge and Microsoft is required.
