MUD COOLER ENGINEER

1. Develop and assist in project documentation work. 2. Provide and develop engineering and technical knowledge related to mud cooling operation. 3. Assist during deal in operation issue with client 4. Provide any necessary idea to succeed project aim. 5. Preparation and installation of Mud Cooler for well drilling process offshore including mobilize and demobilize. 6. Maintenance, repair and inspection process for Mud Cooler. Deal with third party company for approval certificate. 7. Lead, supervise and motivate a team of manufacturing operators in the manufacturing department for any preparation of Mud Cooler system. 8. Collect data temperate/pressure and communicate with Company man to control mud temperature at the rig 9. Manage Mud Cooler system, meeting with client in the rig and update any issue to town. 10. Deal with vendors/suppliers to purchase part of Mud Cooler for upgrading or redesign system. 11. Create end of well report for client information. 12. To participate in HSE activity, to comply with HSE policy and to report near-misses. 13. Provide report to top managements and when required. 14. Carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
