Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (Contract / Permanent) role for a Senior Process Engineer at NGLTech Group in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing process and utility systems for Oil & Gas.

The overall scope of work is to oversee process engineering during project and tendering activities.

Qualifications requirement

  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Registered with BEM
  • Experienced in FPSO & Platform Topside design and process packages for greenfield and brownfield developments
  • Experience in Onshore is an added advantage
  • Ability to perform and check Process Design work (covering HYSYS simulation, PFD & P&ID development, Line sizing, Vessel Sizing, PSV Sizing, Relief & Blowdown Studies and etc.).
  • Experience in Process Control and Optimization
  • Performed Adequacy Check Engineering works
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of process engineering design and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
