1. End to end recruitment: Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. 2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. 3. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs, including annual performance reviews and KPI settings. 4. Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, policies, rewards programme etc. 5. Recording and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. 6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth 7. Responsible to manage payroll administration and necessary coordination to ensure payment of payroll is in a timely and accurate manner. 8. Monitoring and Checking Employee Entitlement Record, Medical Entitlement Record, Leave records etc. 9. Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll function from monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting. 10. Any ad hoc tasks assigned to you by management from time to time Job requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Confidence to lead and take charge of projects 3. Working experience in similar role will be added advantage. 4. Positive and energetic, good interpersonal / communication skills 5. Ability to work independently and is motivated to achieve results. 6. Knowledgeable of the Employment Act, Labor Laws and other related law and regulations 7. Familiar with using Payroll system INFOTECH will be an added advantage
