RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Quality Assurance Processes:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, procedures, and controls in alignment with industry standards.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify and report any non-conformance issues and assist in the development of corrective and preventive actions.

2. Testing and Inspection:

  • Conduct routine tests on products or services to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Use various testing equipment and techniques to assess the quality of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
  • Document and report test results, ensuring any deviations are communicated to the relevant departments.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspection results, test reports, and quality audits.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings and present them to senior management.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory and company requirements.

4. Compliance:

  • Ensure that all quality assurance activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes to quality standards and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to the QA processes.
  • Support the quality team in achieving and maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001, GMP, or other relevant standards.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
  • Provide input on process improvements based on findings from audits, inspections, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new quality control techniques to improve product reliability and reduce defects.

6. Training and Development:

  • Assist in training staff on quality assurance standards and best practices.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of and understand the company's quality policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development of training materials and programs related to quality assurance.

7. Customer Interaction:

  • Assist in addressing customer complaints related to product quality.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the Quality Manager in maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring their quality expectations are met.

EQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in the manufacturing environment.
  • Required language(s): Malay and English
  • Possess good communication skill, interpersonal skill, computer skill, leadership skill, problem solving skill and QC tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Candidate must possess own transport
  • Able to work for Overtime.
