Job Description :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Counselling for trouble employees
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Arrange for training opportunities to enhance employees' performance.
- Recruiting staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, negotiate with employment agencies, and set up working conditions.
Requirements:
- Possesses Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experiences related field.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and presentation skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
