Job Description

· Develop Training System, Modules, Guides, Manuals

· Systemise the Training Department and build a strong Culture and emphasis in Customer Service Experience and Outstanding Hospitality.

· Enhance Product Knowledge skill-set techniques, Leadership Courses, Retraining, Mentoring, Coaching, Team Building programs and etc. Facilitate a wide range of training programs that enhances and uplifts the Focus Dynamics Group.

· Required to be on the floor at times during operations to observe and perform on-the-spot feedback and training to the team.

· Creating and implementing training tools, manuals and training programs that target tangible results in hospitality operations and customer service for all new team member and retraining for current team member (individual and overall).

· Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager, HODs and Outlet Managers to recruit and conduct interviews for the team member based on hiring guidelines (company culture and values).

· Searching for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety among staff

· Leading programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes, acquisitions and mergers

· Conducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires

· Resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary

· Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs

· Writing reports, keeping records, and managing training budgets

Job Requirement

· Bachelor's degree/diploma in a relevant field, such as business management, human resources, or education. Candidates with previous experience in Food and Beverage Operations or Training and Development.

· At least 5 years work experience in similar position or relevant field, preferable in F&B industry

· Team player, independent and highly responsible

· Strong communications and presentations skills. Good interaction skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

· Passionate and result-driven individual who is always keen on improving team’s performance and aligns objectives.

· Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

· Thorough understanding of training processes.

· Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

· Strong communication skills with sensitivity to cultural and organisational differences and gender issues

· Passion for learning and development, and be committed to helping employees reach their full potential through skill-building and professional development opportunities.

· Well versed knowledge about food safety standards, industry regulations and Food Act .

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
