Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is crucial to helping us identify and attract top-tier tech talent to support our fast-growing organization. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-focused platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, focusing on roles across software development, data science, DevOps, and more.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and refine the hiring criteria and job descriptions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams, managing logistics and communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Research & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent demands within the tech sector.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from application through onboarding, by maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the process.
  • Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers and negotiating terms as necessary, in partnership with the HR team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within an agency or high-growth tech company environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages, tech stacks, and relevant tools (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Docker) to effectively assess candidates’ backgrounds.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) and Boolean search methods.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple open positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for tech roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and more.
  • Certification in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) is a plus.
