  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Objective

Support the development of BU’s technology strategy planning and roadmap

Communicate Global Managed Markets(GMM) progress including achievements, challenges, etc. to senior management of Group and BUs

Proactively advise and provide insights to senior management on the emerging trends and issues (if any) to identify early interventions, as needed

Review the current business capabilities and the progression towards target state and benchmark against other more mature markets within AIA Group

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior management to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for IT-driven innovation.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Perform business analysis, create capability heatmaps to provide visibility to impacts, dependencies, overlaps and opportunities.
  • Conduct analysis and benchmarks to identify areas and trends that can benefit the markets.
  • Build strong relationships with different domain owners (IT and Business) across the enterprise, and develop a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities.
  • Guide local business units to analyse current maturity and define actions to address gaps
  • Ensure transparency and collaboration between IT and business
  • Promote business-first and outcome-driven mentality
  • Work on specific project assignment as identified by reporting manager to deliver the expected project objective on time on budget
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by reporting manager in order to meet operational and / or other requirements

Preferred Job Requirements

  • Experience with IT and business strategy planning and execution.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in top-tier strategy consulting firm or 8 years of management consultant or equivalent in insurance or financial services sector
  • Experience in working with different geographies in Asia.
  • Skillful in preparation of presentation materials to translate complex subjects into clear and simple terms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and partner with key internal and external stakeholders
